Cynthia
I can’t get the Slideout Menu to work.
Current Settings:
I have a Menu named Slideout, I have Slideout Menu turned on, I have the Primary Nav set to “Float Right” and nothing is there. I have the Primary Navigation chosen as “Slideout Menu”So this results in the Slideout Menu showing but with the hamburger to the right of the nav label “Links”. When clicking the hamburger on desktop I get taken to the bottom of the screen and on mobile the hamburger doesn’t expand anything. I have mobile nav turned on.
Optional scenario also not working: Set Primary Nav to “No Navigation” then both the Slideout menu and hamburger disappear.
What I WANT:
To have hamburger icon only to slideout my Slideout menu both on desktop and mobile.Ideal setup but w/o the word “menu” >> https://www.spiralcellars.co.uk/

I followed the steps – and the Slideout (off canvas menu) still not showing up. I am running the latest GP version. I have recorded my screen showing you inside my WP test site so you can see my steps and how its still not showing up. I can’t attach the video file here so I have emailed it to you.
Thank you

StaffCustomer SupportI watched your video but doesn’t look like you’ve followed every step in the article:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/off-canvas-panel-overview/#use-off-canvas-menu-onlyHave you done this part?
Then create an empty menu and assign it to Primary Menu in theme locations
Then you can head to navigation location to adjust the position of the toggle.

While troubleshooting for the past hour – I just realized the Slideout menu is stuck at the bottom of my test site, and sub-menu won’t expand my items either. Is this possiblt because I am using a merged header element?
I’ll send you the test site in email. thx – Cynthia

StaffCustomer SupportLooks like you have a js error.
Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium?

StaffCustomer SupportMake sure you try this first:
https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/i-cant-get-slideout-menu-to-work/#post-911507And please reply here and not through e-mails. It gets very hard to track having the conversation at 2 places.
Thank you.
