I tried to see the library site but I can`t do it....
I tried to do the things that I've read here, but....
I have mistakes in PHP and callAPI HTTP?
I don`t know if I have to check with my hosting or....

If I see in API calls...i have a mistake, 403 Forbidden....

Sounds like a permissions error on that install.
Can you check the error_log on your server to see if it provides any more information?
