I can’t enter the theme settings

Hello. After infecting the site with a virus, and deleting it, I can’t enter the theme settings. Reinstalled both theme and premium plugin. Help me please!

If you right click and inspect while the Customizer is open, do you see an error in the console? Can you take a screenshot if there is? Example: https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quzegdO
Also, generally, an issue like this stem from a PHP memory limit issue. Can you check your memory limit as well? This article may assist you with regards to this: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/increasing-php-memory-limit/. Try increasing it to 256mb or greater.
Also check in Tools > Site Health if there are any warnings/issues worth noting in your Admin dashboard.

Side note: The best form of security in my opinion is always having a recent backup of your site in a remote storage. :)
