I Can't Drag Menu, Edit Pages (with generateblocks) and Update Element Rules

Hello, I have been experiencing a problem with my generatepress theme. I am unable to click and drag menu (when rearranging the menu) for my website. I also discovered that I can't update the Element rules- every time I click on the rules nothing happens.
The same problem happened when I tried to edit my page designed with generateblocks. I click on the blocks and nothing happens. It's like my theme is frozen and I can't edit it.

I tried dragging menu items in Appearance > Menus in your site and was able to do so without any issues. To check if this is a device or browser issue, can you try the occurrence of the issue in a different browser, and then a different device?
