i cant deactivate sticky header in mobiles...only in desktop

Can you first make sure you are using the latest GP premium 1.6.2?

Yes, i use GP 1.6.2

I try deactivating all plugins and the issue still happens.

If i select sticky only in mobile, works well, header isnt sticky in desktop but sticky in mobile

But in mobile is always sticky header if you select sticky "off" or "only desktop"

Looks like you're using the mobile header. Is it set to sticky in Customize > Layout > Header?
