Hi there,

if the Customizer settings aren’t working then they may be being set in the Header Element.

Go to Appearance > Elements and edit the Header Element assigned to those pages – now on the Site Header tab you’ll find Navigation colors. You can clear them if you want the the Customizer colors to apply.
