I can't add Font Awesome Icons

Hello,
When I try to add an icon from font awesome, it displays a blank square.
I unchecked "Load just necessary icons", so it should be ok from that point of view.
May you help? It's in the topbar - i'm using a text widget on the top bar since I need to write the email, number and address of the company there).

Instead of <i class="far fa-envelope-open"></i>, can you try:
<i class="fa fa-envelope-open"></i>
