    Hello GeneratePress team , I hope you all are doing well in the great year of 2020 ,

    I did the checklist you have provided regarding the hosting side and Curl limitation and after two days of chat with GoDaddy they concluded “Please be assured there are no limitations on hosting side that will not allow this to work as I have ran all the needed tests with my advanced team.” and again “There are no limitations from our end, so yes you can connect. But please once check with plugin provider if the IP is blocked on their side.” , I have provided the IP through the private information and I’ll be more than glad if we can fix this issue .

    what error are you receiving when you try to activate the license and plugin ?

    the usual and common error message , “cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds”

    I know you said you run all the tests, but can you just confirm you checked all of the following:

    If so then let me know and ill pass this onto our admin to check for IP blacklisting.

    well I did all of that , this was my guide for testing actually , and I shared it with Godaddy’s Support and they concluded they tested all and it seems the issue is from your side . It would be great if you go on checking with your side too .

    Hi there,

    I just checked with our hosting and they confirmed that the server IP you shared is not blocked by our server on any level.

    If your hosting is able to provide a traceroute, it may help us see where the block is happening.

    it was all GoDaddy’s fault , I just switched to Bluehost and it is working just fine (Y) !
