I can´t access some widgets

Hi!
I have an issue related to widgets. In Customizer / widgets I can only access the top bar widgets, but not the others and I need to set a footer widget.
It´s very odd... in my developement site everything is fine As you can see in the screenshot, I have all the widgets there. But once I exported the whole website to the active version, I can´t access some widgets.

Hi there,
can you try disabling plugins to see if there is a conflict. We know that some GDPR/Cookie notices seem to affect the footer.

It is definitely the cookie plugin. When it is deactivated it allows me to access the widgets and apply the changes I need.
If I activate the plugin again, the widgets in Customizer / widgets disappear again. However, the front-ed remains with the changes I applied.
At the moment it works for me.
