I cannot upload zip file on WP as a plugin, when I want to upload file via the plugin menu it says that "High security alert!"
Can you help me?

There definitely isn't any virus in GP Premium.
Do you have any security plugins that might be blocking it? Or perhaps your hosting service is blocking?
Another solution is to upload the unzipped folder through FTP.
