I cannot edit new post or add blocks

I am unable to add sections, blocks, headers, etc to a new post. The customizer is down. Also when my page loads it is loading weird. Google analytics is not working, when I add the gtag, google doesn't show that it has been added.

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

I have turned off all plugins and it is still not allowing me to build a post, add headlines, images etc.
Can you activate a twenty series WP theme to test if the issue exists there?
I did and the issue still persist with a twenty series.
I would say try to reinstall WordPress to see if there is anything corrupted.
If that doesn't help then please report it to the WordPress support team to see if they've heard anything similar.
We haven't received other reports on this.
