I cannot add an element (hook)

Hi,
If I try to add a hook type element, I only have the option to enter the title, the rest of the middle part is empty whereas before I could.
It works on another Wordpress site which is on the same host.
The cache has been cleared and i have the latest version of GP Premium.

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

Strange. Haven't had any other reports on this.
Can you start a staging site and provide the dashboard access for us to take a look?
I just found the problem. In fact, in the display options, the element box was no longer checked!
