I cannot access Customizing site identity in Generate press

Hi
I have checked all of the plugins and deactivated along with clearing browser and having latest updates installed.
The only thing I can see in customizing area is the "Widgets" tab
I am hosting on Cloudways and this is a cloned site and both are having the same issues.
It is a frustrating issue that I cannot solve so can you please take a lok at the setup from your end. I will send login details

Can you activate a Twenty series WP default theme to test if the same thing happens there?
I see the username and password but no URL by the way.

I have already tried it with the Twenty series WP and the same problem

That means it's not a theme problem.
In this case, I would recommend checking with the Cloudways support team and showing them the issue in a Twenty series WP theme.
