I CAN NOT PUT A NEW CATEGORY TO MY WEB IS USING A TEMPLATE CALLED SELLER TO ECOMERCE ONLY AND SHOW THE CATEGORIES S BY DEFAULT"

Hi there,

if you are referring to the navigation then - go to the Appearance > Menus. At the top of the screen click Screen Options. And then check Product Categories.
