Hi,
Please advise me on using generateblocks & generateblocks PRO for making website design according to my design needs. Any one of them will be updating that hurts or affects my design as it's also related to website SEO?
2nd question: Can I use to design both elements of generateblocks & generateblocks PRO, If needed in a single page?

GenerateBlocks is the free plugin, the Pro plugin simply extends the features of the Free plugin. Neither one provides any different blocks - they are one in the same so can be used to together on any page / post or in the GPP Block Elements.
For your first question - i am not sure what you mean.... we used those Plugins as many others do on our own website and the Site Library - so you should be able to achieve whatever design you require. Regarding SEO - the theme and plugins provide the framework and styles - and specific SEO requirements you have will have to be applied using an SEO plugin.
