I am using Marketer site, and my website looks almost same. The issue!

The issue is googlebot is not making sitelink.
Because my website has confusing website structure maybe.
I have 4 category tabs, 1 home tab in menu
Contact, Privacy, disclaimer in footer
I have added Menu tabs in wordpress category area, now the tab url is like "www.website.com/category/mobile"
Everything seems alright but category url,
Or I am confused what to do now. After all no site link.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean to ask.
Perhaps you were asking why google crawler bots are not indexing your site?
If so, try unchecking this option found on your Dashboard > Settings > Reading:

No issue with google crawling. But need help with website structure.
The URL looks right, that's a default WP permalink format.
You could try to customize them at dashboard > settings > permalinks.
