I added a new Category to Main Menu - Link is failing

I created a new category (Pet Care) for a post. Then added the category to the menu. The menu link is failing with a message "Oops! That page can’t be found"

Hi there,

Does the Pets Care category still exist under a list of categories?

If so any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

Category archives and its menu items are handled by WordPress.

Dear Leo

Thank you for your excellent support. I did as you said. The culprit was the polylang plugin. Now the menu is working having polylang plugin deactivated.

I also have raised a ticket for that plugin.
