Hyperlink Option Missing on Toolbar for Headline Block

Is anyone aware of any compatability issues with other plugins that may be causing the hyperlink option to go missing from the Headline (GenerateBlock) toolbar? Usually beside the Bold and Italic options.
Or is there a way I can diagnose it?
Appears to be the Yoast SEO plugin. Hopefully someone has a solution to continue using both!
Just an update - I installed an older version of Yoast (14.3) and it seems to work fine now... maybe just a bug in their new version.

yes - Yoast and other SEO apps are effecting the way some block actions work.
We have added a fix in the next update.
