Now for example:

is the top image hude!

Perfect will be a fix size: 600x400px + a black border 10px with 3px rounding

I added Your CSS and I changed the image size to:
Media Attachment Size – medium_large

It looks now like this:

its passible to cover the whole image with the border
– now it happening only in the top and bottom
