[Support request] HTML anchors working ok for H2 but not for Paragraph text

Hi Support, I have a couple of HTML anchors on the same page.
The anchor associated with the H2 header works fine, while the other, which is associated with a paragraph does not work (the page doesn’t scroll down to where the anchor is). Please see the links in the private section.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I tried the link to the paragraph anchor and it worked for me.

Can you try clearing your browser’s cache? If that doesn’t work, can you try on a different device?
