How would i go about building a site like your demo sites?

For option 3 – how exactly do I achieve the GP archive page to display a specific category? Basically exactly like the blost post feed on the Wordsmith demo, only so it displays a specific category vs recent posts?

WordSmith is using one of our supported plugins, WP Show Posts. https://wpshowposts.com/

This plugin lets you display a post list that you can filter.:)
