How to Use the Elements to Add Hooks

I added a Hook, but it said there wasn't a space for it.
I added it and it said, "This element needs a location set within the Display Rules tab in order to display."
How do I set it within display rules tab?
Hi there,
Not quite sure if I understand.
You can see the Display Rules tab on the right of the Settings tab in your screenshot.
That's where you can set the display rules and choose which page(s) you want the element to show up.
