How to use locale language

Hi Tom:
I have a question.
I am make the language "Chinese(Taiwan)" stable 100%.
But I found that theme did not apply this language.
Can you tell me what setting I mush change.

I think I found it. The Control Panel show a new update.
Thanks for the translation - super appreciated.
For anyone else wondering, if your language is supported by GP but not working, you might have to go to "Dashboard > Updates" and update translations at the bottom.
