Hi Bruce,
To clarify, is this a filter or a category menu?
If it's a filter, you would need a third party plugin.
If it's a category menu, you can create it manually through GenerateBlocks. Otherwise, if you would like to use an actual menu from Appearance > Menus, you would need custom CSS.
