How to use Elements to show ad banner after the first post on homepage?

Hi,
How can I use the Elements to show something (in this case an ad banner) after the first post on my WP homepage?
I set my homepage to show 5 posts, and I want to show this banner after the first post area.
Hi there,
That's not possible using Elements unfortunately as there is no hook after the first post (or between any psots).
You would need an Ad inserter plugin for something like this.
