How to Updated/Customise the footer in this Block

Hi Team

PLease helo configure how to edit and customize the footer in this theme/site: this is are I'm trying to edit https://prnt.sc/26jmkbc

I Tried from the customize option and couldn't see any option to edit >> https://prnt.sc/26jmkrj

I also tried from edit page option/editing the block and couldn't see any option to edit >> https://prnt.sc/26jmm0j AND https://prnt.sc/26jmmfo

it looks like a Block Element you will find in Appearance > Elements
