How to update custom child template

The system status page tells me:
generatepress-child/woocommerce/emails/customer-processing-order.php version 3.5.4 is out of date. The core version is 3.7.0
I just purchased the latest "gp-premium-1.10.0" and was expecting to find the latest customer-processing-order.php file in the zip, but it's not there.
So how do I manually update the php file with the latest, while retaining our custom php content?

Not sure if I fully understand.
The default child theme folder does not contain a WooCommerce folder:

There should only be style.css and function.php in that folder.

Where is the newer version so I can merge our custom wording into the new one?
That would be a better question for WooCommerce' support but I'd assume you can find it in the WooCommerce plugin folder or here:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce
