How to: there should be space on the front page of the blog

On the front page of the blog, the abbreviations start at the very top of the page. How do I get space for it? In addition, the title of the article is quite small in text and completely attached to the abstract. How do I make it bigger and looser?

Hi there,
first try increasing the Font size and Bottom Margin of the Headings in Customizer > Typography > Headings.
And in Customizer > Layout > Container you can add Top Padding and increase Separating Space.
