How to show the last updated date on posts and Google.
I used to use a plugin before I switched to GP, now I need to minimize the plugin usage for faster website performance.

Sorry, not sure how this topic slipped through our system.
Scribe uses a Content Template for archive pages. For Posts, it uses a Page Hero.
Namely, its "Archive cards" and "Single post page hero". They can be found in Appearance > Elements.
In these two, there should be a Headline Block for the post date. Select that and modify the date type in the dynamic settings: https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOubmOdd
Set it to updated.
As for Google search, I believe you'll need to make a request to recrawl your site for the changes to appear: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/crawling/ask-google-to-recrawl?hl=en&visit_id=637981941228681975-2709691087&rd=1
