How to show ALL Text on a Sticky post only? Control it via Css?

Hi GP Team.
This website is in Summary mode, with a sticky post. I'd like to
- SHOW ALL text on sticky post (defeat summary mode on sticky).
- Make the "Read Only" button go away, I assume accomplishing #1 does this.
- Control the font-sizes of Text and Headline on the Sticky only.

The easiest solution is to add a more tag at the end of your sticky post:

That should solve 1 & 2.
Let me know if that works then we can provide the CSS to style the text and headline size.
