[Resolved] How to show a specific user's location inside posts? City, state etc

It’s not really a GP related issue but perhaps someone can help

I am wondering if there is a plugin or a script which will show user’s location inside posts, widgets, ads etc?

e.g visitor who connects from NY will see something like this:

You’re from NY? Great! We have something special for you [NY is a variable]
