How to Setup Front Page

I have just installed the theme on my website https://www.justwebworld.com
Is there any tutorial to set up the front page. I just want to list the polular post as blocks.

Not sure how you define popular posts but you could consider using a plugin like WP Show Posts:
https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-show-posts/
If that doesn't work then you'd need a find a popular posts plugin - unfortunately I don't have a recommendation for that.
