How to set the grid layout on your smartphone

Hi everyone,
I built the layout on the desktop but when I see it from my smartphone I don't like it.
I would like to see this sequence

I tried looking in the block options but I didn't find anything that forces or obliges to change the sequence as I like.
Suggestions?

select the column Container Block with the Image, and switch to mobile view. Then in Layout > Flex Child set the Order to -1

Can you disable your cache plugin?
I tried to unplug all the plugins but it didn't solve the problem.
Actually, I notice some small problems throughout the site at a graphical and structural level but I can't figure out what the source is.
The site is fast and has no page turning delays. The menu works fine but for example, I'm having trouble editing text in the backend.
In the front end, if you've noticed, if you move your finger across the screen from left to right, the page structure also moves.
Is there a way to trace this problem?
The horizontal scroll is caused by setting the GB container to align full, try disable that option.
If you want to create full-width pages, you can set the content container to full width in the layout metabox.
And for the order value you entered, I still can't see it on your site.
Any chance you can keep your cache plugin disabled and provide the admin login using the private info field so we can take a look at the backend?

Thank you, you're so kind.
I disabled the plugin and added backend credentials.
It is set in Italian but if you want you can switch to English.
Or I do.
