How to set related posts below of each blog post like below –

I don’t want to use a plugin for that, so how to do it either via making elements or hook whatever…

Hi there,

The related posts plugin requires a full custom solution with PHP, HTML and CSS without a plugin which is out of the scope of this forum here.

I’ve viewed the example site you’ve linked and it’s using this plugin:
https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/contextual-related-posts/

That would be your best bet.
