i am not able to find how i add a Picture as a Header Background instead of Colour.
would be great if you can check my page: https://detres.it – for that i want to add a new Header.

Also im not sure what size the Header Image Needs to be – would be great if there is an answer too.

Have you tried adding a header background image?

The size of the background image is determined by the header padding:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-padding/
