How to set feature photo to width of site

I dont' know what I am not doing. Have tried css filters, etc. but cant get feature photo wide enough to right side of site. Here is my url. Please note I also have the same problem on that page with the 3 photos at the bottom of the page, I want to space them evenly across the full width of the page. Thank you, Gary

It's not full width because your featured image is too small: http://206.196.110.39/~innovati/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/test-pic-.jpg
We can force it to be full width but you would lose the quality.
Best to add an image big enough as your container width is 2000px.

What should the minimum size be?
If your container size is 2000px then I would recommend at least 2000px. Anything less than that will need to get scaled up and lose its quality.
