How to set 2 dynamic fields below the title

Hello,
can you please point me on the right direction to replicate this layout?

Below the title there are 2 dynamic fields (category and published date)
I created an element (block type- Page Hero)
Added the dynamic title and below another title with and icon but here is were I am lost..
Any suggestion on how to have both titles one after the other?

GB headline block has the inline-wdith option, you can enable this option for both headline blocks.
