How to Replicate the Header Area of the Split Template from Site Library?

Hi GP Team,
Can you guys please help me replicate the header are of the Split template from the Site Library?

I have other customizations on my site and I don't activate the site-library so importing the whole template of Split is not my option because it will overite the existing design/layout of my site.
