How to remove nothing found and search box from category page.

The message simply means there isn't a product under that category.

Once you have a product under that category, the message should disappear.

I don't want to add a product under that category, it's a custom page made with niche WordPress theme.

Is there any way to remove it with css code?

In that case, create a block element - loop template , add all the custom content you want for that achieve page.

It will replace all the default content in that archive page.
