How to remove nofollow attribute from the internal links in the GP premium?

Hi there,
By default the internal links are marked nofollow. I want to keep do-follow all the internal links.
Please let me know how to make them dofollow.

All links should be do-follow by default.
When you're adding your links, there should be an option to "no follow" which you likely have checked.
Let me know :)
where is the option to check nofollow while adding the link?
