How to remove header wasted space on Posts

Hey Guys,
I have a merged header on a header post element.
On my desktop the padding between the menu and H1 is huge and would like to remove some of that extra space.
Where can I change that? Here's how my posts show on desktop.
Oh there's also too much white space in the beginning of the post. Can I also remove that?
It worked for the padding inside the content. What should I do now for the merged header padding ?
