How To Remove Featured Image & Only Display The Blog Post Title
1 reply · Started by Jonny on May 13, 2021
I know how to remove the featured image in the Post Header Elements settings though the issue I have is when I remove the featured image, the post header featured image placeholder is quite large and the title of the blog post is white text. I would like the blog post title text to be black in colour and want to remove the featured image placeholder completely if possible.
I am using the GeneratePress 'Donate' theme.
TIA!
Hi there,
For the post title color:
This is normally changed on Appearance > Customize > Colors > Content. Look for Content title or H1.
For the featured image:
Normally, you can remove the featured image through Appearance > Customize > Layout > Blog. Click on "Posts" and uncheck "display featured image" as shown here - https://share.getcloudapp.com/8LubOzRj
But to be sure, can you link us to a sample page in question? Perhaps the parts you've mentioned are added in a custom manner.
