How to remove extra menu from google cache

Hello Team, I just check my blog via - cache:https://throttlebias.com & I can see duplicate menu links. Please suggest removing them.
Thanks
Hi Shailesh,
The “duplicate” instance of the Menu cached by google comes from having “Mobile Header” set to “On” in Appearance > Customize > Layout > Header.

Turning this off should remove the “duplicate” Menu when Google cache saves a new snapshot of your site.
Hope this answers your inquiry. :)
Thanks for reply. I turend that off but it changed the layout on mobile and this is not good looking at all.
Upon checking your website, this appears to be padding added from the “Header Padding” settings found in Appearance > Customize > Layout > Header.
With that said, can you try going into mobile view mode by selecting the mobile icon at the bottom in the Customizer, and correspondingly modifying the header padding values?

Hope this resolves the issue! :)
Thanks
