How to remove date and time from posts?

Hello, I'd like to be able to remove the date and time from my posts and I can't seem to find it in the page.php can someone please help me here.

Sorry about that, I forgot I could change that using the Blog add-on

Okay, now I notice I have the date in the URL of the post and I can't edit the slug to change it. This is confusing to me as I have another site running the same theme and there is no date inserted into the URL's of posts

Now I'm really lost.

You can change the permalink by going to "Settings > Permalinks".

You probably have the date option set - you can try setting it to "Postname".
