How to rearrange menu links?

this question is probably too basic to even have an article written about but I couldn't figure it out. How do you change the order of menu links? Currently on my primary menu, or whatever the default menu is, the links are About Blog Home in that order but I would like to change it to display Home Blog About in that order. I tried dragging and changing the menu items, saved, and deleted my browser cache, but nothing changed. Am I doing it incorrectly?

I did but it didn't work. I figured out that you have to select the menu as the primary menu and then it works.
