How To Put Thumbnail Inside Content?

Hello, i am trying to add the thumbnail of the page INSIDE the post container, not over it. Is there any way to do it? I've been trying for a few hours and can't seem to figure it out. Also, can the title also be included?

So you want the featured image and post title to be in the same container as the post content?

Yes.
The featured image location can be modified in the customizer:

Then you can remove Post from the display rule of the Pages and posts hero:
