How to put the content into one container

yes, i combined two comtainers into one, but i can not edit the content inside the combined container

In Appearance > Widgets. Select the Heading block, and in Advanced > Additional CSS Classes add: widget-title

Then you can style all the widget titles in Customizer > Typography
