How to put a border around a container

Is there a customization menu for adding borders to containers, or must it be done with CSS? Would it be just:
.gb-container-1dd40fab {
border: 2px solid black;
}

select the GB Container Block, in sidebar Spacing increase the Border Width, then in Colors set the Border color.
Thanks, David! I'm still new to WP and GenerateBlocks, so I forgot about the Settings sidebar. So many things to tweak! Thanks so much, that makes life much simpler.
