How to prevent text on button from hovering

Hi there

I'm trying to prevent the text from changing colour to a light-blue-ish when hovering over it.

Example on homepage (i.e. the blue button):

I'd like the default white text to stay the same.

Hi Jin,

The site you linked is a draft, I can't view it.

You could try to change the link hover color in customizer > colors, depends on where the link is, you could choose body, content and others.
