How to post a notice on all page at the end or start of the content ?

I need post a notice at the end of content area inside the grid but somehow no matter which hook i choose, its not working. COuld you please help me out ?

Can you explain how you're adding the notice?
Here's a visual guide for hooks on a static page:

Basing on this guide, you can use a Block Element or Hook element to place your notice and hook it to generate_before_footer or generate_after_main_content.
